Tasmania’s award-winning bubbly house Clover Hill Winery and helicopter charter company Unique Charters have just announced an exclusive new range of private heli-charter experiences, which will allow food lovers to see Tasmania from a wild new perspective.

Thanks to the collaboration, guests will be able to experience some of Tasmania’s most iconic sights, while savouring the flavours of the Apple Isle in a completely new, utterly luxurious way.

The portfolio includes a range of half day, full day and short scenic experiences to accommodate every craving, preference, time constraint and travel itch.

Feel like hopping a flight to Flinders Island to choose the most appetising local crayfish for lunch? Can do. Maybe you’d like to take in some of Tasmania’s best vineyards, enjoy a sparkling masterclass and a cheese tasting? No problem.

For those who are looking for something a little more exclusive, a picnic on one of Tasmania’s privately-owned islands (vintage wine and cheese tasting included) may be more your speed.

Gazander oysters

This luxurious tour of Tasmania’s most iconic oyster farm isn’t just for the seafood lovers either, it includes a stop at one of Tasmania’s best country pubs during the spectacular return coastal flight.

Yet to be wowed? This private helicopter tour of Cradle Mountain – which comes complete with cheese plate and sparkling appreciation class – is destined to inspire swoons of delight from even the most die-hard globe-trotters.
