The new 27-storey CBD hotel will feature a dazzling pool, terrace bar and restaurant.
Hotel giant Accor has announced a new Art Series Hotel will open in Perth’s CBD
this October. Towering over the city at the maximum height of 27 storeys, the $90m Hay Street project is being led by developer George Atzemis and built by WA’s Jaxon.
Located next door to The Stables Bar, the hotel will feature 250 rooms inspired by
contemporary Australian artists, with original artworks and prints by its namesake artist (they’ve yet to reveal who this will be in Perth) adorning the walls and halls.

If it follows in the path of other Art Series Hotels, art libraries, dedicated art channels and tours will also be available. The entire venue will centre around a dazzling pool area on level one, perched directly over Hay Street. A Mediterranean-skewed restaurant, terrace bar, café, gymnasium and function room will also feature to capture both business and leisure
travellers.
This will be Art Series’ ninth hotel to open in Australia and marks its first foray into Western Australia.
For now, the hotel remains closed while undergoing extensive renovations, slated
for completion in September. More details, including the announcement of the
hotel’s namesake artist, are expected in the coming months.
