When fine wines, delicious food and luxury accommodation come together, the results are nothing short of fabulous.
Known for its inimitable dining destinations, swoon-worthy landscape, luxury accommodation and access to great wines, Mornington Peninsula is an obvious choice for winter weekend escapes.
And now, one of its best-loved institutions, Pt. Leo Estate, is inviting guests to enjoy its new series of experiences, including: ‘A Taste of the Pensinula’.

Forget the navigation arguments on this romantic getaway – guests can leave the car behind and enjoy luxury transfers in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to the 134-hectare estate. Then, they’ll be treated to dinner at award-winning Laura restaurant and a luxurious stay at the new RACV Cape Schanck Resort.

On arrival, you can explore the estate’s famed Sculpture Park, featuring 60 large-scale contemporary artworks, before indulging in a guided wine tasting at the site’s Cellar Door.

The dinner is no average meal: this is a five-course menu paired with top-notch wines, showcasing local producers. And culinary director Phil Wood’s menu shows off the best of the peninsula’s cool-climate maritime region.

After dinner, guests will be whisked away to their accommodation, where each room looks over the Bass Strait and Port Phillip Bay. There, a day spa, an 18-hole golf course and three restaurants abound. Naturally, breakfasts and late check outs are included.
