Sleep between the vines at these rotating pop-up retreats.
From April to July, 2019, regional Victorian wineries will become home to specially designed, eco-luxury shipping container retreats, which are popping up between the vine-swathed landscape.
The ‘Wine Down Pop Up’ will present a wine-lovers’ escape, and will move across Gippsland, King Valley and Macedon wine regions throughout the four months.

The upcycled accommodation will allow visitors to experience a gourmet safari across Victorial’s wine country, and bookings are now available. As part of the stay, winery experiences, locally sourced food hampers and picnic packs, and a complimentary bottle of wine will be available to guests.
The Wine Down pods feature private decks, a queen size bed with Cultiver linen, a private bathroom with Hunter Lab toiletries, a minibar, continental breakfast and, best of all, a hot tub.

The boutique stay will open at South Gippsland’s Waratah Hills Vineyard, mainland Australia’s most southern winery, from April 3 to April 27, before moving to Dal Zotto Wines in the King Valley from May 6 to June 2. Macedon’s Mount Towrong Vineyard will host the third location for the temporary retreat from June 7 to July 7.
