Pop the bubbly, the world’s first Veuve Clicquot hotel is coming to Byron Bay.
Nestled in the picturesque Byron Bay hinterland, Hotel Clicquot will welcome guests for two-day stays from November 24 to December 5, 2021.

Set within a palatial residence surrounded by five acres of private land, the ultra-exclusive hotel is accessible only to guests.

Swathed in a signature Clicquot yellow design, the property features a gasp-worthy infinity pool, ~ chill ~ Hamptons vibe, along with expansive hinterland and ocean views.

Check in and chill out with 24-hour butler service, sommelier guided Champagne journeys and private helicopter tours of the stunning Byron coastline. There’s even a massage therapist, in case all that rest and relaxation gets to be too much.

The hotel’s gastronomy is being led by two of the country’s hottest chefs, David Moyle and Alanna Sapwell.

Moyle – who built his reputation at Hobart’s Franklin and is the creative genius behind three of the region’s most celebrated restaurants – will weave his culinary magic to create a Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame ‘garden gastronomy’ dinner, heroing local produce and marrying courses with the finest Cuvées.

Sapwell – who was recently honoured by Veuve Clicquot as one of its global collective of ‘New Makers’ – will host the Chef’s Table, where guests can savour an interactive culinary session with one of Australia’s finest young chefs.
