QT has extended its sleeky designed arm into the West Coast with its first hotel in the state’s capital. QT Perth will arrive in August; an 18-storey eclectically adorned sleeping space equipped with 184 guest rooms, seven conference rooms, a signature bar and grill, a rooftop bar, and a café. The hotel has made itself a home within the CBD, right on the doorstpe of Murray Street Mall and only a short distance from the neighbouring Swan River.

The QT’s distinct design has again prevailed in this West Coast addition; a space where industrial interiors mingle with glamorous accents and Western Australian icons (black cockatoos are aplenty). The building is the result of a collaboration between Nic Graham, and longstanding QT guest room designer Shelley Indyk. The duo has crafted a hotel focused on the lavish in design, from local jarrah timber, to rich velvets, and polished brass. Each room comes equipped with signature QT Gel beds, dark stone bathrooms, Patsy Payne sculptures and decadent mini-bars.

Italian-inspired Santini Grill will become the first Perth venue for QT Hotels’ creative food director Robert Marchetti. Partnered with executive chef Nic Wood, the duo are focused on providing Perth with a Mediterranean-inspired eatery, where dishes will be crafted from local produce. Upstairs, the Rooftop at QT will provide ample space for a tipple pre or prior to your evening meal. The bar has already been dubbed the highest rooftop party venue in Perth, and provides ample views across the Swan River, Perth Hills and Optus Stadium. Far down below at entry level will sit the QT Café, where snacks and coffee can be procured throughout the day.
