The restaurant

Located in the heart of Bali’s happening Seminyak neighbourhood, Hotel Indigo has just opened its newest restaurant, Salon Bali. Here, authentic Balinese dishes represent the island’s producers and growers – and are created in line with the seasons. Seafood on its menus is sourced sustainably and locally, and indigneous ingredients are highlighted throughout the menu.

The package

Included in the resort’s ‘sweet Seminyak summer’ package is complimentary return airport transfers, a 60-minute Balinese massage for two, and a dinner a the all new Salon Bali restaurant.
