The concept of high tea just got a lot higher. Perched on three levels of Dubai’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa’s The Lounge is now open.

At 585 metres tall, The Lounge offers a wide vantage point over its home city – and a suitable backdrop for holiday selfies.

Guests can now travel upward to the 152nd, 153rd and 154th floors of this gigantic structure to enjoy high teas, sparlking wines come sunset or evening cocktails.

The Lounge’s ‘tea in the clouds’ session combines freshly bakes treats, delicious desserts, teas and coffee and a tour of the outdoor terrace (with its inimitable views). Then, the ‘bubbly sundowner’ package allows guests to watch the sun set with a sparkling beverage, canapés and live entertainment. Once the night settles in, a DJ cocktails and canapés keep Dubai’s visitors energised as they watch the night lights sparkle into the distance.
