Deliciousness, ahoy!
With restaurants bearing his name dappled across the planet, appearances in films, and a distinct signature style, Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa is a household name and celebrity Japanese chef. Perhaps best known for fashioning traditional Japanese dishes from Peruvian ingredients, the famed culinary star will now be hopping aboard the Crystal Endeavour in 2020.
On board the luxury expedition vessel, Chef Nobu will be hosting omakase (chef’s choice) dinners, signing cookbooks, performing cooking demonstrations, offering sake tastings and more.

Departing October 15, 2020, guests aboard Crystal Endeavour’s ‘Indonesian Immersive and Great Barrier Reef’ expedition will not only have the chance to explore exciting destinations, but also enjoy one of the world’s finest cuisines prepared by Chef Nobu.
Chef Nobu’s only restaurants at sea have been an exciting offering aboard Crystal ships since 2003. During the Crystal Endeavour cruise, three limited-edition omakase dinners will be available. Two will be held at Umi Uma for an exclusive group of 30 guests, while the Omakase Sushi Bar & Ultimate Vintage Connoisseur Wine Dinner will be open to only nine guests in the yacht’s Vintage Room.
