In September 2019, Captain’s Choice will launch an exclusive women’s wellness trip that offers only 20 places. This ten-day mindfulness trip is designed specifically for women seeking a restorative getaway centred on detoxification and rejuvenation.

The retreat will take place at the foot of the Himalayas, at a luxurious safari site by the name of Chamba Camp Thiskey. On this trip, guests will spend five days at high altitude, joined by Ira Trivedi – a woman who’s been named one of the ‘100 most influential women in the world’. Here, it’s all about one-on-one yoga and meditation instruction.

During the time away, the group of 20 will partake in early morning prayer services with Thiskey Monastery monks, visit a Tibetan doctor, take in incredible views, eat nourishing meals and relax surrounded by the natural beauty of the region.
