And its new rooftop restaurant has London's longest oyster list.
An dapper 192-room hotel is bringing panache and two new restaurants to London’s historic Blackfriars Road in Southwark. And we’re ready to visit.
The Hoxton hotels are known for their well-dressed rooms, sophisticated dining offerings and casual cool, and The Hoxton, Southwark – the group’s eighth site – is no exception.

Its new restaurants, Albie, an all-day dining locale, and a chic rooftop restaurant with a seafood-centric menu, Seabird are bound to draw in London’s forward-thinking dining set. The rooftop restaurant will feature London’s longest oyster menu, served alongside innovative cocktails and biodynamic wines.

The Hoxton rooms come in five categories: Shoebox, Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy. Large windows offer views of London city, while concrete ceilings and bare brick walls contrast again ruby velvet soft furnishings and comfy chairs,
demonstrate the signature Hoxton style. A thoughtfully curated book collection and original art will also adorn guest rooms.

The design of communal spaces draws on inspiration from Southwark’s industrial past. Tiling patterns and textiles echo the architecture of the neighbourhood, and locally made bespoke furniture can be spotted throughout the hotel.
