At the hotel’s top is a rooftop Champagne lounge, Nor’ Loft, where guests can toast the city’s UNESCO World Heritage skyline. Named after the loch that once resided where the hotel stands today, Nor’ Loft occupies the 7th floor space and boasts more than 20 prestige labels – alongside local spirits, of course.
