From more than $17,000 per villa per night, it doesn't get much more exclusive than this.
Sure Singita Malilangwe House in southeast Zimbabwe might come with a big-ticket price tag, but we’d argue that this one might just be worth the splurge.

From more than AUD $17,000 per night, you can stay on a remote, private wildlife reserve in a five-bedroom villa.

The architecturally designed stay has recently reopened following a significant face lift.

While interiors take aesthetic cues from the local Shangaan culture, oversized deck spaces bring the unique terrain in.

Ancient fig trees border the accommodation, which features a large pool on the main deck, overlooking the Zimbabwean topography beyond.

Each of the five suites has its own private deck, and together form a tranquil getaway for families and small groups.

There’s a dedicated chef, butler and private vehicle complete with an experienced field guide on hand for your every need, too.

The private 130,000-acre Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve – conserved by Singita’s non-profit partner, The Malilangwe Trust – is the proud home to one of the highest populations of endangered black rhino in Zimbabwe, alongside elephants, cheetahs, wild dogs, lions, leopards and birdlife.

Aside from animal watching, guests can also partake in in-room yoga, massages, stargazing, wine tasting, bush walks and visits to ancient rock art sites.
