Brining two of life’s loveliest things together – rest and food – chef and restauranteur Will Meyrick has opened a cooking retreat.
Having been born in Scotland, raised in Portugal and now calling Bali home, Will’s culinary style has been influenced by flavours from all over the world. Known to many as ‘The Street Food Chef,’ his retreat – just ten minutes from Echo Beach – will allow guests to learn about the flavours and culture of Indonesia.

The retreat’s Portuguese-inspired villa is spacious, airy and includes a large swimming pool to cool off in once the cooking is complete. The grounds are also home to a vegetable garden, chickens and pigs.
Guests can also take street food tours of Denpasar, and peruse the Grand Pasar markets – where delicious treats abound.
