Best known for being a bubbly, blonde Home and Away star, Tessa James is more often “away” literally these days, travelling with husband of four years, professional rugby league player Nate Myles. It’s been just over 12 months since the 24-year-old actor started chemotherapy treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a blood cancer that affects the lymph nodes. After 12 rounds of chemotherapy over the course of six months, James’s treatment finished in February 2015, and in April that year, just two days before her 24th birthday, James was told she was in remission. Now facing happier times, she offers an exclusive peek into her various adventures around the world and offers tips on travelling well and eating even better.
