Stylish times, ahoy!

One of the world’s best-known luxury cruise ships Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth has celebrated its record 54-day season in Australia with an unusual collaboration.

The 2081-guest ship is currently setting sail to ports across Australia and New Zealand and, while it’s in local waters, its famed bell boys have undergone a uniform makeover.

The new uniforms, in their distinct cherry-red hue, are the results of a partnership with iconic Australian brands R.M. Williams and lauded hat makers Akubra.

The R.M. Williams boots are a Cunard red, and the bell boys have traded in the traditional pillbox hat for custom-made akubras.

The cruiseline intends to spend more time in the antipodean region over the next two years – so keep your eyes peeled for red boots in a city near you.
