From 7-9 June, The Calile Hotel in Brisbane will play sophisticated host to The Goodnight Co’s Sleep Retreat – specifically designed with frequent flyers and travellers in mind.

During the retreat, a selection of experts will gather together to teach attendees how to rest, reset and set themselves up for a solid night’s sleep wherever they are – be it in-flight, in transit, or at home. The team will deal with jet lag, travelling for work, adjusting to hotel rooms, late nights and crazy schedules.

So who are these experts? The Goodnight Co’s sleep-obsessed researchers and problem-solvers Danielle Knight and Shea Morrison, for starters. Danielle and Shea will be joined by clinical naturopath and herbalist Jen Cox, ‘breathing instructors’ Ben and Dr Laura from Kula Heatlh, yoga instructor Danique Hanson, and
For a three-day sleep retreat, which includes 2 nights’ accommodation, meals, workshops, yoga and meditation, packages start at $2,500 for a single and $4,500 for a twin share. For more information or to book your spot, visit The Goodnight Co website.
