Six Senses are offering a series of wellness and health focused videos, tutorials, articles, livestreams and advice as part of a new platform titled At Home With Six Senses.
They’re also sharing general wellness tips, live meditation sessions, immunity boosting recipes, spa treatments and expert tips across a range of key focus areas including mindfulness, eating, sleep, movement, living naturally and connection.
The livestreams are available on the Six Senses Facebook page and the Six Senses Spas Facebook page; recipes are being shared via the Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas Instagram channel; and fresh content will be uploaded regularly to the online hub.
