Famed Hong Kong hotspot Cafe Gray Deluxe inside grand structure The Upper House has announced the launch of a summer afternoon tea series in partnership with luxury shopping destination MATCHESFASHION.COM. Available from 22 July to 31 August, the limited-edition, summer afternoon tea will feature some of Asian’s best-loved flavours.

But what’s on the menu? Expect to see lobster rolls with cocktail sauce, foie gras and truffle and egg sandwiches. And, naturally, there’ll be sweets. Bahibe chocolate mousse with be served with yuzu curd, alongside mango passionfruit tartlets, coupe of guava and yoghurt with lychee and red berry opera with mascarpone and orange blossom.

To drink, guests can enjoy sipping the newly launched summer cocktails with a view over Victoria Harbour from level 49. Notes of pandan and coconut will feature in house-infused spirits. We could hardly called it an afternoon tea, without tea, and this one will include a choice of Jing tea or illy coffee.
