Will you be walking on sunshine, or singing in the rain?
The October long weekend really couldn’t come at a better time. Right when you’re reaching that point in the year when you just don’t think you can drag yourself on any further, you get a nice little breaky-poo. After that, time goes like a freight train right up to Christmas, and that’s the year done and dusted. (Just ask Victoria, who had their long weekend last week. It’s already 2025 there.)
While our hearts go out to peeps in the Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia, who just have to keep calm and carry on, for the rest of us, it’s time to plan for a blissful three-day reprieve. Which comes to the all important question: what’s the weather going to be like this long weekend? Here’s what the experts are saying.
