The demand from Aussies wanting to travel to South Korea has become so great that Qantas have announced they’ll be flying direct from Sydney to Seoul for the first time in nearly 15 years, which is huge news for the Australian and South Korean aviation industry.
Conveniently, the 11-hour flight will operate four days per week during the peak summer season and fly passengers on the spacious Airbus A330 aircraft. In the off season, between May and October, the flight will only operate three times per week.
Just last month Jetstar announced it will be flying direct to Seoul three days per week. So for those looking for a bargain you can always opt to travel with Jetstar. Together the airlines offer travellers the option of flying direct to Seoul six days a week.
So, what are you waiting for? See you in Seoul.
