If you’re bored in the house and you’re in the house bored (clap) then we have a weekend activity that’ll make you feel like you’ve travelled the world.

Summer Series is a photography exhibition put together by a bunch of NSW based photographers including Jude Cohen (who shoots for the likes of Franca Brasserie, Nour, Ovolo Hotels and Employees Only) Theo Smallbone, Raex Murillo, Ari Pashalis and Jordan Abram.

The exhibition seeks to transport you from one idyllic locale to another – from the Spanish Isle of Mallorca, to the Dolomite Mountain Range of Italy – not to mention the myriad of other places we’d all quite like to be, by sharing beautiful vistas and holidayscapes from around the world.

The series aims to reframe 2020’s narrative: giving viewers a chance to appreciate where they are, where they’ve been, and where they’re going.

Summer Series provides some well-deserved libidinous escapism, a chance to be swept away in azure seas and skies,” says Pashalis.

Art fans can watch the opening night highlights from the October 1st opening event on Clare Gallery’s Instagram stories.
