For two exclusive pop-up dinners, the Three Blue Ducks' boys are taking flight to tropical pastures.
Brisbane gets its fair share of sunshine year-round – and yet, in August and September, the chefs behind W Brisbane’s signature restaurant Three Blue Ducks will head for even sunnier shores.
Three Blue Ducks will be taking over the kitchens of W Bali (in Seminyak) and W Maldives for two every exciting, exclusive dinners curated by Darren Robertson and Mark LaBrooy.

On 30 August, 2019, Darren Robertson will be on the pans at W Bali plating up fresh, tropical dishes featuring sustainable seafoods. And on 6 September 2019, Mark LaBrooy will be serving up a dinner under the stars at W Maldives.
In both cases, the chefs will be bringing their paddock-to-plate ethos to the fore, with dishes that feature the respective locale’s finest produce.

Not heading on an island getaway anytime soon? Never fear, Three Blue Ducks in W Brisbane will be offering up its signature menu of enticing dishes with a Queensland spin.
