Locally brewed beer, handmade cheeses and tranquil farm picnics combine during this delicious weekend.
Come November, New South Wales’ North Coast will become filled with food-loving folk seeking hands-on culinary experiences.
From 18-21 November, Tweed Artisan Food Weekend will bring farmers, restaurants, food producers and food lovers together in a celebration of the region’s bounty – think farm-fresh produce, handmade cheeses, locally brewed beers, sustainable meats, and artisanal food and drinks.

Stone & Wood Brewery’s Murwillumbah outpost will be offering tours and tastings to mark the occasion, while Temple Door Cooking School will be teaching ‘bush tucker’ cooking classes. Potager: A Kitchen Garden will serve up a feast at its ‘Meet the Farmers’ event – showcasing Fair Game Wild Venison.

Blue Ginger Picnics will host intimate farm picnic experiences at the secluded Finger Lime Farm, where picnic provisions will be made up entirely of local produce. After lunch, guests can heat to the farm to sample local teas.
