We're not here to judge.
Those who look forward to peeling back the cardboard top on their in-flight meals are in for a treat. United Airlines has released a 40-recipe cookbook, created by the airline’s chefs.
Named after the airline’s business-class, the ‘Polaris Cookbook’, is available for purchase on the airline’s website. Unfortunately, friendly flight attendants will not be serving your meal to your blanket-draped lap once it’s ready – and you’ll need to supply your own packaged peanuts.
Surprisingly, United is not the first airline to release a cookbook. It follows in the footsteps of Southwest and Delta, which have both created their own printed recipe collections.
