Well, this is awkward.
Every traveller will be familiar with the travel pillow. Commonly seen on long-haul flights, the U-shaped pillow is every globetrotter’s best friend. Or at least it will be, once we learn how to use it correctly.

First demonstrating the (incorrect) way that most of us use them, by wrapping it around the back of his neck, he then flipped the pillow around, going on to explain that the two ends of the U-shaped pillow should face backwards, so the bulkier portion supports your neck.

“Wait., what?!” commented one user.
Another writing: “This makes so much sense why am I so shocked”.
“What??! No way!!! My LIFE HAS BEEN A LIE ALL ALONG.”

“That’s because your head tends to bob, which will wake you up,”
Mind. Blown.
