Music-loving yogis, brace yourselves.
A recent addition to Brisbane’s blooming hotel scene, W Brisbane, is fast becoming a favourite among those visiting the Sunshine State – alongside locals seeking cool reprieve from the sub-tropical temperatures.

Now, the accommodation offering has teamed up with Kate Kendall, founder of Flow Athletic and Sydney DJ James Mack to join mindful Vinyasa yoga with music in the hotel’s Great Room.
But ‘what the heck is silent disco yoga?’ we see you commenting on our social media posts. Well, in this case, it’s when 160 disco-loving yogis come together for 90 minutes to enjoy yoga accompanied by pulsating beats that are thought to enhance the practice. The best way to learn more? Try it for yourself.

Tickets to Brisbane’s first silent disco yoga are available online and include the 90-minute practice, wholesome snacks and drinks and a swag of take-home treats. The first forty yoga lovers to book will also get bonus access to a oil-blending workshop with Megan Larsen, found of Sodashi.
