Vietnam just got an unusual new rooftop bar
A squid-inspired drinking spot has emerged beside the sea on Vietnam’s Phu Quoc Island.
What’s on the menu?
At INK 360, atop the island’s highest vantage point, guests can sip on cocktails as the sunsets of the surrounding ocean. There’s also sparkling wines, beers, spirits and delicious share plates – including Japanese yakitori, cured meats and cheeses, desserts and more. But, what’s so unusual about this locale?
The design
Inspired by a giant, squid-like sea creature, you’ll see tentacles wrapped around the venue, mother of pearl features, and maritime-themed adornments. Australian designer Ashley Sutton’s creation is a nod toward mythical sailor’s stories from bygone eras.
