Silversea will launch its 11th ship, Silver Nova, in August. So what makes it so special? The ultra-luxury cruise ship sleeps up to 728 guests in one of the most spacious cruise ships to set sail and is Silversea’s most environmentally friendly vessel. The mother of all suites, Otium Suite is unlike any other. There are only two available on Silver Nova, one of Deck 7 and another on Deck 8, and both are located in the premium aft corner position. It includes a spacious living room area, veranda, walk-in closet, separate bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The crowning glory has to be the unprecedented 270-degree view. An infinity pool on a rooftop deck? Yes, please. Deck 10 and 11 are populated with ample sunbeds. The upper sun deck is perfect for those looking for a quiet space to relax. Those wanting to cool off can do so in the largest pool in Silversea’s fleet on the lower deck. There’s also The Cliff Whirlpool, an infinity edge, glass fronted whirlpool. Bliss.
Hello, al fresco dining. Thanks to the ship’s asymmetrical design, Silversea has been able to create an exciting new al fresco dining area. The Marquee will incorporate two of Silversea’s signature dining venues, The Grill and Spaccanapoli.
