Khanh Ong is hosting an exclusive cabaret soiree at an underground live music lounge in Sydney

Tiva Bar, SYDNEY AEDMO 23

With performances by Brendan Maclean and other top Aussie talent.

By now, you’re probably well acquainted with Sydney CBD’s The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar. But have you heard of Tiva? We’ll forgive you if you haven’t, because it happens to be The Charles’ best-kept secret.

Descend downstairs from the European brasserie and you’ll find Tiva, a late-night basement lounge where live music is preferred, Champagne flows and a good time is guaranteed. It is here that one of our favourite celebrity cooks, Khanh Ong, will host a delectable evening of canapes and cabaret.

As guests enter the exclusive event, they will be greeted by cabaret hosts and roving canapes. An American Express delicious. Month Out event wouldn’t be complete without a specially curated menu, and that’s exactly what guests will be served – from spanner crab & caviar tartlets and steak & anchovy tartare paired with sebago crisps to Moreton Bay bug rolls and Jamon iberico and Comté toasties.

In true Tiva fashion – which is taken over by live jazz, soul, R&B or folk music throughout the week – you can expect a show. Singer-songwriter, actor and queer icon Brendan Maclean will make his Tiva debut, exclusively for attendees of the event.
