Moët & Chandon is bringing the sparkle back to Sydney with a second round of parties and events, held from within a giant glittering installation.

Effervescence will pop up at Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair on December 2, adding some serious bling to the Sydney Harbour skyline.

Grab a Moët Mini and head inside where you’ll find a dazzling array of festivities and experiences inspired by the pop and fizz of the famous French Champagne house.

Start with the Eternal Effervescence Room, which explores the cellars of Moët, before travelling up a giant golden staircase to the upper floor where you’ll find unrivalled views across Sydney Harbour. Expect elegant food, a Champagne tower, entertainment and performances, with countless photo opportunities and Moët moments to capture.

Key events

Celebrate your love of Champagne over three spectacular days. The Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Evening will be held on December 1 from 7pm – 10pm, followed by the Moët Imperial Day Party on December 2 from 1:30pm – 4:30pm and A Journey Through Moët on Dec 2 from 7pm – 10pm. Ticket prices start at $200 and include a curated tasting menu, Champagne, entertainment and more.

Toast for a Cause

Moët & Chandon invites all those attending its Effervescence events around the world to raise a glass and join its charitable initiative of Toast for a Cause. This year, the toast will be dedicated to the preservation of biodiversity and in Australia. Moët & Chandon will partner with The Sapphire Project to support this critically underfunded area of marine conservation.
