Can’t decide between a cold one or a cuppa? In a move nobody saw coming (especially not gran), Dilmah has teamed up with Port Adelaide brewery Pirate Life to create a tea and biscuits-inspired beer.

The Tea & Biccies Brown Ale (ABV 5.6%) is made from an infusion of malted barley, New Zealand hops, and over 100kg of Dilmah’s Premium Black Ceylon Tea. The new brew is said to have rich malty aromas, with lifted notes of stone fruit and spice. On the palate, expect fine tannins, freshly baked biscuit, and a host of herbal undertones.
