This limited-edition release from Four Pillars is now in its tenth year. Co-founder Cameron Mackenzie created it as an ode to his late mum Wilma, a woman famed for her love of the 1968 Australian Women’s Weekly Christmas pudding recipe. It’s this same recipe which forms the base of the Four Pillars Christmas Gin – a drink rich in zest and spice of a traditional pud, that’s then aged for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels. This year’s drop comes dressed with a label by artist Andrea Huelin, who’s produced a special artwork that features elements from every label over the past 10 years. $100. Shop here.
