In what is perhaps one of the greatest collabrations we’ve seen this year, French fashion and beauty powerhouse Givenchy has teamed up with Sydney’s Bar Machiavelli.

At its helm, mixologist Matteo Belkeziz has created two cocktails inspired by two of the brand’s signature scents, using the same ingredients to create cocktails that caters to both the masculine and feminine.

The Goddess cocktail takes its cue from the new Dahlia Divin Le Nectar de Parfum fragrance, featuring a unique blend of vodka infused with sandalwood, liqueur de violettes, chamomile, citrus, jasmine syrup and is topped with champagne foam before being garnished with gold leaf and gold praline. #luxe

Meanwhile, the Gentlemen Only cocktail takes notes from Givenchy’s Gentlemen Only Absolute Eau De Parfum, coming together from a blend of bourbon whiskey, averna liqueur, red vermouth, cynar artichoke liqueur and a mixture of spices including saffron, nutmeg and cinnamon essence spray. To top it off? A cheeky gentleman’s cigar (read: burning cinnamon stick).

Available for $19 and for a limited time during December and January, the cocktails certainly add weight to which city is more fashionable (sorry Melbourne).
