Get out the Esky, Four Pillars Gin has just launched its first ever G&T tins

Rare Dry Gin

Elevate your park drinks with these fancy cans made from a super-concentrated version of Four Pillars' award-winning Rare Dry Gin.

If you can’t justify bringing your bar cart to the park, Four Pillars Gin has created a premium G&T premix that will take your picnic drinks to a whole new level.

Not your usual cheap party drink (sorry UDL), the new summertime sipper is made from Four Pillars’s double gold-winning Rare Dry Gin mixed with a lush housemade tonic.

The Four Pillars Gin team wanted to create a premix that packs a punch, which is why they used a super-concentrated version of their Rare Dry Gin. This meant using twice the usual quantities of their signature botanicals – Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, cassia, star anise, cardamom, organic oranges – for added oomph and flavour.

Rare dry gin

“It’s Rare Dry Gin on steroids,” said Four Pillars Gin distiller Cam Mackenzie.
“We set out to make a gin and tonic, not a tonic and gin, so the ratios were really important. We had our hyper-concentrated, flavour-packed Rare Dry Gin and we needed a tonic that complimented but didn’t dominate it. So, we made a tonic inspired by a few of our favourites that did just that.”

“Then we tinkered and toiled and tasted many, many times because we wanted it to be as good as we could possibly make it. So that’s what we hope we’ve made. It is our Rare Dry Gin & Tonic, ready to go. Delicious, clean, refreshing and just the right balance of sweet, sour and bitter.”

Four Pillars Gin & Tonic Cans is now available to purchase in a four-pack of 250ml cans for $27.99 from the gin shops at the Healesville distillery and the Four Pillars Gin Lab in Surry Hills, Sydney, as well as at Dan Murphy’s, BSW, LiquorLand, and select bottle shops nationwide.
