The refreshing drop has been inspired by lemonade icy poles on a hot summer’s day, incorporating Never Never’s Oyster Shell Gin, house-made split lime leaf syrup and Barossa Apera. Its fresh and zesty citrus kick pairs perfectly with a seafood lunch. Pour yours into a chic coupe glass for a traditional gimlet, or add soda for a refreshing highball.
