Turn your G&T into a health tonic.
Scottish gin distillery The Old Curiosity has released a trio of “restorative” gins, and frankly, I think I feel a cold coming on.
Distilled by a herbologist from hand-harvested herbs, the range includes three flavours, lavender and echinacea, chamomile and cornflower, and apothecary rose, and they taste a lot better than cough syrup.
Made from natural herbs and flowers with no added chemicals or additives, the Lavender and Echinacea Gin is said to taste of potpourri, peppercorns and Turkish delight.

Not only does it taste like a cottage garden but it also changes colour from purple to pink when mixed with tonic due to the sensitive pH levels of the botanical blend.
Old Curiosity Lavender and Echinacea Gin is priced at $64.99 for a 500ml bottle from danmurphys.com.au.
