Ingredients:

  • 30ml Ciroc vodka
  • 30ml Campari
  • 60ml Freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice

Method:

This is built in the glass with cubed ice and garnished with a lime wedge.

  • 30ml Tanqueray gin
  • 20ml Campari
  • 10ml Grapefruit cordial
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Orange juice
  • 4-6 basil leaves

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously double strain over cubed ice into a highball glass, top with soda. Garnish with an orange half wheel and a basil leaf.

  • 20ml Casoni aperitivo
  • 20ml Cocchi bianco vermouth
  • 10 ml watermelon juice

Method:

Built in a highball over cubed ice topped with tonic. Garnish with a lemon half wheel and a watermelon wedge
