Over the years, the lamington has been an unwilling participant in a range of culinary mash-ups, from lamington croissants to lamington burgers. However, we think Arnott’s may have finally got it just right with its new dessert-inspired biscuit – the Lamington Iced VoVo.

The new creation adds a layer of pillowy chocolate fondant to the Iced VoVo’s existing jam, coconut and biscuit base. And it’s not the only bikkie from the Classic Assorted tray to get a makeover.  If you’re a fan of the Woolies mud cake, Arnott’s has channelled those same fudgy vibes into a new mud cake-inspired Shortbread Cream. Not to be outdone, the final biscuit in the cookie collection is a Salted Caramel Tart Scotch Finger, which pairs the beloved buttery fingers with sea salt and caramel pieces.

The dessert-inspired range is priced at $3.00 per pack and will hit selected supermarkets nationwide from June 2, 2020.
