2024 MasterChef winner Nat Thaipun to join former champs for exclusive pop-up

Great news for MasterChef fans as four former MasterChef contestants announce they will be taking over Crown Melbourne’s Evergreen space from May 16. 

Appropriately named ALUMNI, fans and foodies alike can get a taste of some of the show’s crowd favourites on a rotating roster, each for a three week residency. This is your chance to sample dishes from Kishwar Chowdhury (16 May – 2 June), Callum Hann (6 – 23 June), and Khanh Ong (27 June – 14 July), with 2024 MasterChef winner Nat Thaipun joining for the fourth and final pop-up from July 25.

Chowdhury, who dazzled as season 13’s second runner up, will be drawing on her family heritage during her residency, saying in a statement, “I’ve curated a special menu featuring some of my signature dishes, showcased across India and Bangladesh, including the dessert that took me to the MasterChef finale.”

Callum Hann who first hit screens way back in MasterChef season two credits the tv sensation for launching his career at just 19 years of age. Hailing from the Barossa Valley, Hann will be showing off his love of Australian produce and going with the seasons to create his menu.

As for the mystery MasterChef? We’re just as intrigued as you are, so mark your calendars for June 25 when all will be revealed.
