Start queueing now.
After confirming that Sydney will score its first Sydney Lune bakery last year, exciting news this way comes with the addition of a second pastry outpost.
Martin Place will play host to the second patisserie, in adjunct to the 300-seat venue that will open at 60 Oxford Street later this year in the new Oxford & Foley development in Darlinghurst.

The 100-square-metre CBD site may be smaller than its Darlinghurst sister venue but we’re banking that the lines will be out of control for city workers grabbing one of those world-famous croissants on their way to the office.
If it’s anything like the existing croissanteries in Melbourne and Brisbane, the new outpost will churn out their famous butter croissants alongside a changing selection of flavours, which could include a chocolate cherry black forest croissant or a jam and cream-filled lamington cruffin.
One thing you can count on will be the impressive queues out the door, with no one ever sorry they waited.

While an opening date has yet to be announced, Lune Sydney should be in good company at the new Metro Tower Martin Place dining precinct which promises a whole load of high-end cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques.
Both the Metro Tower and Lune are expected to open in early 2024 at 1 Elizabeth Street, Martin Place.
