Gather your favourite people for oysters and champagne.

We’ve all heard of dopamine dressing, the brightly coloured trend to put a smile on your dial. Now, let’s shake off the winter blues with some vibrant pops of colour at Pier One’s Glass Room suite – styled by queen of the kitsch, Alyce Tran of In The Roundhouse

The Glass Room is far from the plastic igloos we’ve experienced before. Housed on the Balcony Suite of Pier One, a booking in the Glass Room comes complete with access to the adjoining hotel room, snacks and drinks served on In The Roundhouse ceramics, and of course, a bubbling cedar hot tub.

Pink neon scalloped mirrors, adorable tiered tables and comfortably plush armchairs housed within the floor-to-ceiling glass-walled dome create the ultimate cosy winter hideaway, and is just as beautiful during the day as it is when aglow at sunset.

Gather up to 12 guests and the team at Pier One will take care of the rest; the food package is just $60 per person and includes grazing boards of artisan cheeses and cured meats; the fanciest chips and dips this side of the city and a series of warming dishes like a breaded and fried brie. We’ll take five, thank you. Pop a few bottles of Laurent-Perrier Champagne and you’ve got a party.
