A big scoop of lasagne served direct to your plate, and an even bigger one of tiramisu to follow. We can’t think of a better Tuesday night dinner.
Offering a big warm Italian embrace for guests every Tuesday, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar has introduced Lasagna + Vino + Tiramisù – a tableside dinner service in the front bar every week doling out generous dollops to order.
Since the 20th anniversary refresh of this iconic Sydney venue, the Icebergs Bar has been transformed into a more casual a la carte dining destination, and this weekly special is open for both bookings and walk-ins every Tuesday from 6pm.

During the day, the kitchen team whip up heaving trays of lasagne – luscious layers of silken pasta filled with delicate spanner crab with cheddar from acclaimed Tassie dairy Pyengana ($36 per scoop), or a slow-cooked shin from Westholme Wagyu in a white sauce enriched with Comté ($32).
Trundling out the whole tray on white-tableclothed trolleys, the impeccable waitstaff will carve off a wedge right by your table. For dessert, Icebergs’ answer to a “dolci lasagna” – tiramisu – has been given the same tableside treatment, with mascarpone by craft butter purveyors Pepe Saya and Messina chocolate, made at the ice creameries’ own dairy ($22).
Tableside dining has been having a resurgence of late, bringing a little silver service theatricality into the everyday, and it’s right in our wheelhouse. The Icebergs Bar tableside lasagne service was eventually meant to finish with winer, but has proven so popular it will run through to the end of summer 2025.
Icebergs Dining Room + Bar tableside tiramisu and lasagne is available every Tuesday night from 6pm. To book, head to the restaurant website.
