O Christmas brie! O Christmas brie!
It’s Christmas time, you know what that means – it’s time to fashion everything you cook into the shape of a wreath.
This year, Woolworths is making it easier and cheesier than ever with the return of its – let’s face it – iconic Triple Cream Baked Brie Wreath.
The festively-shaped fromage is made from a wreath of rosemary, garlic and pepperberry ciabatta, with a soft triple cream brie in the centre. It comes in a foil tray so you can pop it in the oven without dirtying any of your bakeware. How’s that for easy entertaining?

The brie wreath is said to serve 10 people, which feels like a bit of a stretch. We’re thinking one or two turophiles, tops.
This year, they’ve also added an all-new triple cream brie to the mix, which comes topped with a golden pancetta and rosemary crumb.
Make some room on the oven racks for the new brie, which becomes molten and gooey after just 12 minutes of baking.
The Woolworths Gold Brie Wreath is priced at $18 and the Triple Cream Brie with Pancetta and Rosemary Crumb is priced at $16 in-store and online.
