In the brave new world of one-dish restaurants comes the one-drink bar: specifically, Bloody Mary’s, in Sydney’s Darlinghurst.
Cinta Rockey, the bar’s owner, is a self-described “Bloody Mary fanatic” who spent months perfecting her tomato juice recipe before launch.
The bar also serves the alcoholic version of extreme milkshakes, like the Bloody Hell – a chilli-infused vodka version of a Bloody Mary, topped with a prawn, slider and buffalo wing. Bloody hell indeed.
