Tell the pack: BrewDog is set to launch a mega brewery and taproom in Brisbane

DogTap, Brisbane.

And it’ll have an arcade area, beer cellar and waterfront courtyard.

Brisbane’s craft beer scene is set to get a shake-up when Scottish punk brewers, BrewDog, launch their epic new brewery and taproom in Murarrie this month.

Called DogTap, the new venue will showcase all of BrewDog’s headliner beers, including its praline chocolate porter and tangerine-infused IPA, alongside pours by local producers. An adjoining brewery will house a state-of-the-art brewing system, allowing the team to brew the core range onsite alongside limited edition, small-batch beers.

The venue will serve up classic brewery food designed to keep you upright, from crispy pork cheeks to barramundi fritters and Korean-style chicken wings. They will also open for brunch on weekends, if you feel like a beer with your eggs benny.

Channeling its anarchist ethos, the industrial-inspired warehouse venue will feature a 485sqm outdoor patio colourfully emblazoned in vibrant street art. There will also be an arcade area and shipping container beer cellar.

DogTap Brisbane is slated to open November 2019 at 77 Metroplex Ave, Murarrie, Brisbane. For more details, head to brewdog.com.
