There are those that love their coffee and then there are those that really love their coffee – those unabashed coffee snobs who like to know just where their beans are from and how they are brewed. While both crowds are more than welcome at Veneziano’s first Sydney outpost in Surry Hills’ Bourke Street, the coffee space is first and foremost focused on the specialty. There’s a lengthy menu of beans sourced from all over the world available to try, whether you’re a fan of your coffee served as a cold brew or a traditional cappuccino. The sleek industrial space is also home to a bountiful array of pastries and treats from the likes of Short Stop donuts to enjoy alongside. Out the back there is also a training centre which will be dedicated to Veneziano’s range of barista courses and special coffee-related educational events. “We’re so excited to finally launch our new home in Sydney,” says Managing Director Craig Dickson, “a project that’s been in the works for a while. We want to bring our love of specialty coffee to Surry Hills and share our story and the stories of our growers and roasters with a community who appreciates coffee as much as we do.” Veneziano Coffee Roasters 352 Bourke Street, Surry Hills venezianocoffee.com.au
