Or you could just eat it straight from the bag.

Founder of 400 Gradi Italian restaurants, Johnny Di Francesco, is changing up the home pizza game with a new range of packaged Italian cheeses.

The World Number 1 Pizza Champion has teamed up with DiRossi to launch the new 400 Gradi Selection, which includes a Gourmet Mozzarella Cheese and a Gourmet Pizza Cheese, perfect for sprinkling on pizza, pasta and lasagne.

Unlike grated cheese, the 400 Gradi range is cut into thick strips for a more authentic Italian result. While it’s not exactly fresh mozzarella di bufala, it’s probably the next best thing in the shredded cheese aisle.

Find the 400 Gradi Selection at participating IGA stores nationally for $4 for a 150g pack and $9 for a 400g pack.

Other 400 Gradi retail products including pre-packaged pizzas are available at over 500 stores across the country including Coles, Woolworths Metro, and IGA stores in all states excluding WA.
