There's even a roast potato truffle.
Forget hazelnut swirl and peppermint crisp, Ben Shewry from Attica has teamed up with Koko Black to launch a chocolate gift box filled with flavours and fillings you’ve never had before.
The special collection titled ‘Stories in Chocolate by Ben Shewry’ sees Attica’s most famous dishes reimagined as a 10-course chocolate degustation.
The line-up includes all the restaurant’s signature dishes, including Benmite and Crackers, An Ode To A Simple Dish Of Potato, Cooked In The Earth Which It Was Grown and The Lamb Brick, reimagined as truffles, pralines and creams.

Also included in the degustation gift set is a custom Dinosaur Design plate, made from the same swirled resin as the glasses used in the restaurant, and a Marlux pepper mill filled with ants, all beautifully packaged in a custom made gift box.
Beyond the ultra luxe degustation set, you’ll also be able to get a taste of the collaboration at Koko Black. The chocolatier has launched a retail range of three handcrafted chocolates by Ben Shewry, including Finger Lime Clouds, Plight of the Bees and Ben’s Rocky Road sprinkled with black ants. Each flavour will be available to buy separately or in a gift cube, which includes a taste of all three.

“In the last decade, I’ve found inspiration behind my creations through meeting new people and being immersed in art, music and culture,” Attica restaurateur Ben Shewry said.
“I really believe in the philosophy that you can only be the best version of yourself and that you can’t be anybody else. And I took this into my collaboration with Remco and Koko Black to ensure we brought our worlds together to create something extraordinary for others to taste and experience. This offering truly celebrates Australia.”
