Looking for a new way to take your eggs? Swap up the usual scramble for Spanish tortilla three ways or devilled eggs with caviar.
Catalan small bar La Salut has launched a new brunch menu inspired by the cafes and bars of Barcelona and the moreish snacks of La Boqueria mercado.
The new menu is made up of Iberian delicacies like jamón and smoked cheese bikinis and a pan Catalan made from Fabbrica sourdough rubbed with tomato and served with marinated sardines.
The highlight is the tortilla, a Spanish egg and potato omelette, finished with a generous snow of manchego cheese. Who needs bacon when you can get botifarra negra blood sausage or jamón Iberico on the side. Like in the evening, diners are encouraged to order a few dishes to share.
